Fallingwater
Designed in 1935 by renowned American architect Frank Lloyd Wright in 1934 for the Edgar J Kaufmann family. The house was built partly over a waterfall in the Mill Run area of the Laurel Highlands. Fallingwater is listed among the Smithsonian magazine's Life List of 28 places to visit. All tours through Fallingwater are guided tours led by professional interpreters. If you are on a budget or only want to view the grounds and outside of Fallingwater you can purchase a Grounds only ticket. Advance ticket purchase or reservations are essential for all tours at Fallingwater. Tickets may be purchased on-line or by calling 724-329-8501.
